First time I came in contact with Rock n Roll was in the mid late 70’s when I saw for the first time the movie Rock Around The Clock.
The music fascinated me and the classics were played on the radio at that time, My father had a few records, Pat Boone, Gene Krupa, Nat King Cole.
I didn’t know that there was a rockin’ scene at that time, that came a couple of years later.
In the late 80’s a friend asked if I could spin some records at a party he played with his band and so my DJ career started.
That was around 37 years ago. I did a lot of Club gigs, weekenders and now Rockabilly Radio .
I’m proud to be part of the crew. In my show Boogie Baloo’s Jiving Jamboree I play all styles if they’re danceable. Also in German, Italian, French or other languages.
